I was contacted by a Coach in NY to help them build a studio from the ground up. This was a mixture of remote work and on-site set-up based in the US. This was a large project which took 1.5 months of remote planning for the studio build and then 3 weeks on-site for the photographic build and test run ready for live output.

There were so many moving parts to this project here’s a summary of what was involved:

- Fully structural studio design-build with network infrastructure set up.

- Operations workflow: Tracking Database, Warehouse, etc

- Digital Workflow: Photographic, Styling, and Retouch

- Budget creation for Studio, Photographic kit, and Styling material

- Lighting Design and Build

- Talent Recruitment Photography and Styling.

- Talent Training
